How do I heat my meals?

Microwave: Reheat on High for 6-10 minutes, stir contents and continue heating until desired temperature.


Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours following heating instructions.
Store At or Below -18 degrees to prevent thawing.

How do I order? Browse our menu and simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. Once you have finished, click on the cart to checkout. This will then prompt you to create an account and provide your credit card details to finish the purchase.
How long will my meals last? Meals may be stored in the freezer and must be consumed before the Used By Date. Freezer storage must be - 18 degrees Celsius. Food should be kept frozen at -18 degrees Celsius; when thawing, it should be stored in a refrigerator that reaches no more than 5 degrees Celsius until it is ready to be prepared. It is advised that you must eat once thawed within 4 hours. Do not reheat once meal has been cooked.
Will I receive exactly what is shown in the menu? Our meals are packaged according to weight which means quantity may vary from the images. Images representing the meals are serving suggestions.
What happens if I have a food allergy? We suggest checking the ingredient list for each meal thoroughly before consumption. Visit our contact us page and submit an enquiry. 
What payment methods do you accept? Currently we are accepting Amex, Mastercard & Visa.
Is there a minimum order? Our minimum purchase amount is $59.40 for 6 full meals. Other items such as continental breakfast items may be added & purchased in addition. 
When do you deliver? Visit the Delivery page to check your delivery day.
When will my order arrive?

Depending on your location. When your delivery is being prepared for delivery, we’ll contact you. Visit the Delivery page to check your delivery day.

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that your delivery will be within a specific time window. However, you do not need to be there to sign/accept your delivery and it can be left somewhere based on your delivery instructions.

Where do we deliver? We currently deliver to Perth metro and are adding new areas regularly.
What is our standard delivery option? Delivery is included when purchasing the minimum of 6 meals.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery? You don't need to be home to receive your delivery. We will contact you if we have any issues with the delivery.

ReadyMadeMealDelivery.com will be delivered frozen in a chiller box.

Note: This recommended timeframe is weather dependent and will decrease in warmer weather. Please ensure you put your items in the freezer as soon as possible.

Your delivery will generally be left at your front door, gate, or office reception unless you have advised a specific location in the ‘delivery notes’ when placing your order.

Note: Should there be any dogs present at your delivery address, our drivers will leave your order in the safest place possible without entering the premises. 
What if I live in a gated complex or apartment building? Please leave delivery and a preference of time for delivery in the notes with instructions on how to enter the complex (such as a code or buzzer), or if it’s okay to leave your order at the reception or front gate. If you haven’t left any specific instructions, our drivers will leave your order in the safest place possible.
Are our meals suitable for seniors? Yes. Our meals are suitable for seniors and elderly as we offer contactless delivery keeping everyone safe with the convenience of ready-made meals when you can't visit the shops.
